This video was shot in Houston, TX at the old Jeff Davis hospital that was built in the early 1900's. The hospital was built on old Indian and Civil war burial grounds. It is rumored that when the new Jeff Davis Hospital was built in the 1930's, the old one was turned into a psych ward; and a mental patient killed 2 nurses and set the place on fire thus killing himself sometime in the late 1930's. It was condemned after that and sat in ruins until 2006 when it was turned into artist condos. At 1:23 the reporter says they yelled racial slurs. Three Brevard County teenagers are accused of tormenting an autistic child at a school bus stop. The incident happened on Friday in Palm Bay. One of the suspects, Deon Glipsy, is charged with battery, accused of striking the 15-year-old victim in the face. Glipsy, along with Joeleon Abel and Ty'Juan English, each face a charge of aggravated stalking, a hate crime. "This was, from what we could gather, an ongoing case of bullying, stalking and harassment of this child that had gone on for quite some time," said Yvonne Martinez with the Palm Bay Police Department. "So it rises to the level of a hate crime." According to a police report, English recorded the incident on a video camera. Investigators say the video shows the victim run into the street to try to get away from his alleged attackers, narrowly missing being hit by a car and a motorcycle. English was in court in Viera on Tuesday afternoon, where a judge placed the teen on home confinement. WEST ALLIS - An African-American teenager has been arrested on suspicion of armed robbery with a hate crime enhancer, the West Allis Police Department announced Thursday. A week ago, the boy, 16, was arrested during mob attacks in and around the Wisconsin State Fair Park. "[The suspect] was conveyed to Milwaukee County Children's Court Center after being arrested at his residence...in the City of Milwaukee," West Allis Police Chief Michael Jungbluth said in a news release. "His mother, who was cooperative with arresting officers, was present on scene at the time of his arrest." A racially charged beating of a white Alabama man by a throng of African-Americans is not being investigated as a hate crime, despite one witness' claim that she heard an assailant exclaim: "Now that's justice for Trayvon." Matthew Owens, of Mobile, Ala., was assaulted with baseball bats, paint cans and other weapons at about 8:30 pm Saturday after telling a group of children to stop playing basketball in the middle of Delmar Drive, according to Ashley Rains, public information officer for the Mobile Police Department. After the children left the area, a group of adults armed with weapons returned and confronted Owens, 40, in his front yard, where he was assaulted. Owens' sister, Ashley Parker, told WKRG she witnessed the attack and that there were as many as 20 assailants. Parker said she overheard one of them say, "Now that's justice for Trayvon." Asked if the incident was being investigated as a hate crime, Rains replied: "No, it's not. It's being investigated as an assault." Eugene A. Seidel, first assistant US Attorney for the Southern District of Alabama, declined to comment on the case when reached by FoxNews.com. Police have charged a 32-year-old woman with a hate crime in connection with an assault in Niagara Falls. According to the Niagara Falls Police Department, Antoinette Ivey and another woman punched and kicked a 26-year-old Pakistani woman several times, and said several racial and ethnic slurs. Police believe a series of violent attacks in downtown Denver between July 17 and September 20 of this year were motivated by racial hatred of white people by the black suspects. Explosive new information revealed today, in the arrest warrants issueed to nearly three dozen gang members accused in a series of attacks in the LoDo area.
