This is prototype animation. MEANING: This was the ORIGINAL concept design for Powerpuff Girls Z. However, as time went on, Toei Animation redesigned the Powerpuff Girls Z for a younger crowd. Hence why they look different here. Someone at that time saw this, filmed this with a camera, uploaded it on SHARE and again someone uploaded it on Tokyo Toshokan (RAW), for easy torrent access. A fansub group? at that time who thought about subtitling it failed. And ultimately subtitled some promos (including this one) and and a few episodes(?) Not sure how many though, I forgot.
