Death on the Road is a live CD, LP, and DVD released by the British heavy metal band Iron Maiden on August 30, 2005 (CD & LP version), respectively on February 6, 2006 (DVD version). It contains songs which were performed at Westfalenhalle, Dortmund, Germany, on 24 November 2003 during the band's Dance of Death Tour (20032005). During the first week after the album's release, it entered the national charts in several countries; Finland (no. 6), Sweden (no. 7), Norway (no. 12), France (no. 14), Italy (no. 17), Switzerland (no. 17), Spain (no. 18), United Kingdom (no. 22), Ireland (no. 27),the Netherlands (no. 39), India (no.29) The DVD was released on February 6, 2006. ST. PETERSBURG, FL -- (June 9, 2011) It's been three weeks since Lanny Poffo's life was turned upside down. He was in a Dallas airport, awaiting a connecting flight to California when he turned on his phone and heard about an accident involving his famous brother -- "Macho Man" Randy Savage -- and his wife, Lynn. When he finally was able to speak to Lynn, who was also injured in the crash, Poffo learned that his older brother was dead. Savage (Randy Mario Poffo was his real name) was at the wheel of his Jeep Wrangler on Park Blvd. in Seminole at around 9 am on May 20, when Lanny Poffo says that he said he was not feeling well and passed out. Poffo tells us that Lynn was able to take the wheel and steer it away from oncoming traffic and into a tree. She was treated at an area hospital for some cuts to the face, but her husband was pronounced dead at Largo Medical Center. Preliminary autopsy results were inconclusive, with a full report due in about another month. However, Poffo tells us that a heart condition known as ventricular fibrillation led to his brother's death. Poffo -- who was known as "The Genius" in the WWF in the early-1990s -- said that despite never appearing on WWE programming following his retirement in 2000, he was not bitter towards the wrestling business. "He had nothing to be bitter about," Poffo said. "Wrestling was very good to him. He wasn't even bitter at baseball, and baseball wasn't good to him at all." I am a big fan of the Hunger Games books and am excited for the film from Lionsgate. This was done in hopes that the actors would get a chance to audition for the film. Danielle Chuchran was able to audition for Gary Ross. Congratulations to Jennifer Lawrence and Amandla Stenberg on landing the roles. I know that Rue is described as being dark skinned in the book, but I wanted to show Savanna's acting. I think she would make a good Prim though. The song at the beginning is Wretches and Kings by Linkin Park. The song at the end is Iridescent by Linkin Park. I didn't put the sound of the cannon when Rue died because I cut out all background sounds and sound effects at that point and was just playing music only.
