The other two party members can be the ones that cast Bubble on Vaan so he doesn't have to worry about it and he can deal out damage with the Masamune's combos. The first thing you'll want to do is cast Dispel on Omega to take away his positive effects. Then you'll want to Expose a few times to bring his defense down. After that, let the gambits work for you! Also, you might want to have one member of the party with a Gambit for Hastega. I beat him in about 8 minutes.
