I just wanted to talk in this video about why I dislike cynicism, sarcasm and pessimism, in both myself and in other people. I think almost all cynicism and sarcasm is rooted in past hurts. And I think if you can heal those past wounds, then your cynicism will disappear, you can be a more positive person, and it becomes easier to pursue your dreams. I also wanted to talk about subconscious belief patterns. I think one of the main deterrents to being a "positive" person is that most people have tons of negative thoughts (usually acquired during the formative years of childhood) that are covering the positive ones. And if you are unaware of those negative beliefs that you hold, then I think they will creep up and sabotage you at the moments when you want to be positive.
