Here is the first firing of one of the two gas turbines I am building, this is for the larger turbo (GT55 Think even bigger) Trying it with different fuel pressures and other stuff. Just making sure it is going to work, and burn cleanly inside the combuster and not inside the turbo like i see alot of people doing. That is the fastest way to melt a turbo down. There will be about 4-5in more pipe with the 90 degree elbow that will be installed so the little flames you see will never touch the Turbine wheel. It is 20in long, Inside basket is 3in mild steel, outside is 5in SS, flanges are SS also.. + Informações

Holy Crap!!! Jammer dat ie uit ging. Ik wou dat ie ontplofte (als zijn 2 voorgangers) maar hij was niet kapot te krijgen. Hij werd te warm en blies zich zelf uit. Ik denk dat het etiketje de schuld krijgt. Kijk hoe zwart ie word aan de onder kant. Als ie nog effe langer was gegaan dan was ie in de brand gevlogen. hahaha. Kijk die rook eens. 1 min. 33 in een stuk door. En zonder koeling. Heb nog geen filmpje gezien die ongekoeld langer duurd.. + Informações
