Istanbul Marathon 2011 in 3 minutes with Sankarpojat 3.50 min. | 5.0 avaliação | 538 exibições Running from Asia to Europe is worth to try. Great experience although less participants than you might expect (~ 2000 runners). The first half offers breath taking scenery but the other half is quite boring following coast-line forth and back. The finish line lays beside Hagia sofia - not too bad. Water and apples are available freguently but remember to carry your own energy drinks. Go to the toilet before the start - not too many possibilites on the route. Take couples of days after the run to explore the city - from cool jazz to turkish sauna. Kebabs are delicious but too many. And Efes :). + Informações |

Ephesus was one of the seven churches of Asia that are cited in the Book of Revelation. In Revelation Chapter two they were commended by Jesus for their labor to the point of exhaustion, their perseverence and their unwillingness to listen to the false teachers of their day.
