Charges will be filed in Falcon Henne 'Balloon Boy' Hoax 2.48 min. | 4.888889 avaliação | 8867 exibições Criminal Charges Will Be Filed In Balloon Boy Hoax Says Sheriff Jim Alderden - Oct 17, 2009 - FORT COLLINS, Colo. Authorities are pursuing criminal charges in the case of a boy who vanished into his parents' garage while the world feared he was trapped aboard a helium balloon ? prompting speculation of a hoax. The boy's parents, Richard and Mayumi Heene, met with Larimer County investigators for much of the afternoon, but Sheriff Jim Alderden didn't say who would be charged or what the charges would be. Alderden didn't call Thursday's hours-long drama a hoax, but he expressed disappointment that he couldn't level more serious charges in the incident, which sent police and the military scrambling to save young Falcon Heene as millions of worried television viewers watched. "We were looking at Class 3 misdemeanor, which hardly seems serious enough given the circumstances," Alderden said. "We are talking to the district attorney, federal officials to see if perhaps there aren't additional federal charges that are appropriate in this circumstance." Suspicion that the balloon saga was a publicity stunt arose almost immediately after Falcon was found in the garage rafters, hiding in a cardboard box. Richard Heene, a storm chaser and inventor whose family has appeared on the reality show "Wife Swap," and his wife had said one of the boy's older brothers had said Falcon was aboard the homemade balloon when it took off. Alderden initially said there was no reason to believe the .... + Informações |

"Balloon Boy" Sheriff: "Y'all Won't Get Off Our Back!" 1.10 min. | 4.4 avaliação | 9450 exibições During a press conference the day after the Falcon heene "balloon boy" incident, Larimer County Sheriff Jim Alderden is asked by a reporter why the punishment for the Heene family, if it is discovered they were pulling a hoax, is only a class 3 misdemeanor. "That's pretty small potatoes, isn't it," she said, before asking what justifies "a lot of ado about a low criminal offense." Lakeside Violates Colorado State & Federal Law Discriminating Against Persons WIth Disabilities 9.93 min. | 3.857143 avaliação | 656 exibições On June 27th, 2009 Lakeside Amusement park employees and park management flagrantly violated both Colorado State and Federal laws for persons with disabilities. While Lakeside employees were quick and happy to accept our money for their rides, while we had our service dogs with us, as soon as we attempted to board their scenic train ride, something we have done for years, we were told that service dogs are not allowed on park rides by multiple park employees. Each of these employees, and the park management have committed a class 3 misdemeanor crime as defined by Colorado State Law. To make matters worse, when the Police were called for their assistance they informed the Service Dog Trainers, as well as the persons with disabilities that Lakeside was in compliance with the law. The only possible explanation for this blatant ignorance on the part of the Police Officers is that they had simply never read the Colorado Revised Statutes (CRS 24-34-801 & CRS 24-34-803) as "amusement parks" are explicitly included. Persons with disabilities face these challenges every day, public and private people who are oblivious to the challenges persons with disabilities face and now you have an excellent opportunity to view first hand the additional challenges they face that compound their disabilities. To say that the Lakeside Amusement Park management and employees are focused on revenue and not their patrons pleasure would miss the point completely, the willful denial of State and .... + Informações |

Sheriff: "Falcon Heene Balloon Boy Family Put on a Good Show" - 10-18-09 10.32 min. | 4.6578946 avaliação | 25165 exibições Oct 18, 2009 - Jim Alderden discusses interviews with Mr. and Mrs. Heene, whos son was believed missing aboard a balloon. "They are Actors" The family of the Fort Collins boy, Falcon Heene, engineered the incident in order to better market themselves for a reality television show, Alderden told reporters at a news conference. The incident Thursday prompted a widespread search, including the Federal Aviation Administration and the Colorado National Guard. It ended when Falcon climbed down from the attic above the garage at the family's home. Earlier Sunday, sheriff's deputies were seen entering and leaving the Heene home. A dispatcher with the Larimer County Sheriff's Department declined to release any information about the search. "We anticipate criminal charges will be filed sometime in the near future," Alderden told CNN The case of a giant Mylar balloon, which ascended into the sky late last week amid fears a 6-year-old boy was aboard, has been determined to be a "hoax" and a "publicity stunt," Larimer County, Colorado, Sheriff Jim Alderden said Sunday. Speculation over whether Thursday's incident, which prompted a widespread search, was a hoax has mounted against Heene, father of three young boys. Explainer: How 'balloon boy' drama began » Heene and his wife, Mayumi, have insisted their fears over Falcon going were genuine, and not a publicity stunt. The family has appeared on ABC's "Wife Swap" and posted videos of storm-chasing and other activities online. Responding .... + Informações |

"We were looking at a Class 3 misdemeanor, which hardly seems serious enough given the circumstances," Sheriff Jim Alderden said Saturday during a cryptic news conference outside his office. The sheriff said last week that if the balloon boy saga turned out to be a hoax, the parents could be charged with making a false report, a low-level misdemeanor that carries a maximum of six months in jail, a $750 fine or both. Cops searched the Heene home Saturday night, but did not say what they were looking for. The sheriff said more details would be available today - and that the Heenes could face federal charges.. + Informações |

Sheriff Announces Balloon Boy Dad Richard Heene To Be Charged 3.40 min. | 5.0 avaliação | 6598 exibições A Colorado sheriff said he was pursuing criminal charges in the case of a 6-year-old boy who vanished into the rafters of his garage while the world thought he was zooming through the sky in a flying saucer-like helium balloon. "We are talking to the district attorney, federal officials to see if perhaps there aren't additional federal charges that are appropriate in this circumstance." He said deputies were seeking a search warrant for the family's home, and there would be more information at a news conference Sunday. After the sheriff went inside, Richard Heene and his wife walked out. As reporters yelled questions, all Heene said was, "I was talking to the sheriff's department just now." He then walked to his car with his wife and a friend, and they drove away. The Heenes were expected to speak to reporters outside their home later Saturday, after a strange day that began with Richard Heene .... + Informações |

Cops: $150 File to 11 y/o Girl for Perfume (Too Much!) 6.27 min. | 4.383838 avaliação | 22006 exibições Daily News @ RevolutionNews.US ? (AUSTIN, TX) If you disrupted class or used profanity back in school, you were probably sent to the principal's office. Today in Texas, more students are being sent to criminal court instead. Last February a student at Fulmore Middle School says she received a ticket for "disruption of class" after spraying perfume on herself. "I didn't do anything wrong," said 13-year-old Sarah, who was in the sixth grade at the time she was ticketed. "I thought I didn't smell good and the next thing you know, the whole class complains for no reason." Sarah said her teacher took her out of class and told an officer assigned to the school that she was being disruptive. Sarah said that she had been the victim of bullying by some of the same students since the second grade. The ticket carried the weight of a Class C misdemeanor and called for a $150 fine. Sarah's attorney said the tickets are common in Texas and believes they send the wrong message. "We're basically criminalizing school discipline," said Kady Simkins of Advocacy Inc. "Things that you or I would have been sent to the principal's office for, a child may receive a ticket for, and they end up in the criminal justice system very, very young." Sarah's mother could not understand why the officer would have written a ticket, since he was not in Sarah's class when the alleged disruption occurred. "I think it's wrong," said Sarah's mother, Jennifer. "If you don't see it, how could you say she .... + Informações |

A Class-B misdemeanor carries no jail time but is still a "crime" that will create a criminal record. Milwaukee Police Internal Affairs Threatens Complaintant 13.20 min. | 0 avaliação | 118 exibições Webcams around the house are working wonders. I can't believe how cheap HD home surveillance is. I opened up the computer this morning and there was my backyard with a few rabbits hanging out. I zoomed in for a closer look. It's really easy to set up and I'll do an install video eventually... (This video was edited by me to avoid too much private info) Before you watch the video I must give you some background. I was arrested 5/12/12 for filming Milwaukee Police. The video is also on my channel if you care to watch it. I was filing a complaint for my injuries and civil rights violations with MPD, "Internal Affairs" when Sargent Gagliano refused to give her first name for my records. She had stated earlier in the call that IA investigators may come to my home to take my complaint. That's why towards the end of this video I tell Sgt. Erwin Estacio that he nor any member of MPD are allowed on my property. I was essentially trespassing him because I'm concerned some crazy cop is going to do something to me. Gagliano hung up on me and I'll post that video soon. Her first name is Lisa by the way. Erwin Estacio in turn threatened me that he would send armed police officers to my home under the guise that I had, "Threatened" another cop. He was referring to 940.207 which reads: (2) Whoever intentionally causes bodily harm or threatens to cause bodily harm to the person or family member of any department of safety and professional services or department of workforce development .... + Informações |
