Artist: Cindy Bullens. Song: Survivor. Album: Desire Wire. I heard this song literally 1 time back in 1980something? and never heard it again...but the chorus stayed in my head. I had no idea who the artist was or even what the name was but I remembered the "you're a survivor " chorus line. Years later, the internet is "invented" and I start yahoo'ing and Googling the chorus line and finally found it.. I think its a pretty cool tune. A bit "chic" oriented but still pretty cool. Cindy Bullens now has a new band, The Refugees, with a different style of music, but highly polished and impressive both vocally & song-writing wise. December 11th 2007, my 2 day old son passed away. The day of his funeral my Grandma passed away. Christmas that year was very difficult. He taught me more about life in two days than most people learn in a lifetime. The experience inspired me to go back to school and try and pull something positive out of such a devastating sitiation. I hope I am making him proud. Cindy Bullens "as long as you love" was played at a memorial service put on by Akron Childrens Hospitals for the parents that lost children that past year which just happened to fall on his first birthday, I finally found this song on itunes and decided to make my first video..... + Informações

Elton Live ta Earl's Court 12 May 1976 on the 1st leg of the "Louder Than Concorde(but not quite as pretty)" Tour. The back up singer in the striped shirt is Cindy Bullens who was a Boston Girl that crashed a studio party(she worked as a back up singer) in 1975 and was asked to go on the West Of The Rockies tour and the rest is History.
