When he was ten years old he entered the St. Thomas School at Leipzig, where his father had become cantor in 1723, and studied law. In 1738, at the age of 24, he took his degree. He was one of the foremost clavier-players in Europe, and his compositions, which date from 1731, include about thirty sonatas and concert pieces for harpsichord and clavichord. Sorry for the bad sound and noise quality. It was made with my first digital camera, lowest resolution and the dynamic is ruined by bad microphone on this Canon A80. Strange that nobody makes comments on the tempo of a Chopin études played at the speed of light??? That was also not ment to be played in such speed since Chopin's instruments could not react that fast. Conclusion: This has to be considered as a parody or a joke. I made a little rase with one of the students on who would be quicker to finish this piece to the end without a mistake ... and, I won :)) VOILA... Don't try it at home! Carl Philipp Emanuel fue el quinto de los siete hijos de Johann Sebastian Bach y Maria Barbara Bach; su padre tuvo veinte en total. Georg Philipp Telemann fue su padrino. A los 10 años entró en la escuela de Santo Tomás de Leipzig, de la que su padre era Cantor desde 1723.
