This is the opening track of Bob Bennett's 1982 album, "Matters of the Heart." This song sets the tone for the rest of the album and he closes with a song called "Heart of the Matter," which means that song and this one form something like bookends for a collection of songs about faith and family and love and the other things that are most important in life -- as opposed to what the material world holds dear. The album was released for the Christian market, so the production budget was obviously low at the time, but I think the song holds up reasonably well despite the production values.. + Informações
