The Knight's Kingdom line of 2000 signalled a return to a more traditional interpretation of European-style castles. The Knights were led by King Leo, who ruled under the crowned lion crest of his predecessor The Royal King. King Leo and his forces defended against an army of barbarian invaders commanded by Cedric the Bull. King Leo's family consisted of his wife, Queen Leonora, and his daughter, Princess Storm, who wanted to be a knight. King Leo's castle and grounds were decorated with new carved lion head bricks and ornate stained glass window pieces, while Cedric's fearsome battle machines were equipped with spring-loaded projectile launchers. Running Cerberus Nest in a party of four as a Paladin. The Paladin in the series of character classes performing in a PvE environment. The Paladin's main duty is to tank, that is to hold the monster's attention while taking minimal damage from their attacks. They also provide either the Elemental or Conviction Aura. The Paladin can either be magic or physical base. I'm currently playing the physical styled Paladin, thus I use kicks for damage. Sacred Hammering would be the preferred choice for magic based Paladins because its damage is based on magic. But even as a physical Paladin, there will be situations where Sacred Hammering is preferred if you do not wish for the monsters to be kicked all over the place. Paladins are best equipped for the role of the tank. They have Provoke to hold monster's attention, various threat generating abilities such as Armour Break and Shin Breaker, and various damage reduction and avoidance abilities to mitigate damage. Armour Break is also used to reduce the boss' defence, boosting the damage output for physical damage dealers. When dodging the boss, you may need to dodge side-to-side, thus causing the boss to turn around. Try to keep the boss facing in one general direction to allow the rest of the party to deal damage comfortably. Also, being advanced from the Cleric class means that Paladins are also expected to have the basic Heal spell. The game begins with Princess Ovelia praying for safety at Orbonne Monastery before starting a short journey. She steps back at her guardian, Agrias', command, and they prepare to leave. Before they can, three mercenaries come in, assigned to help Agrias protect Princess Ovelia on the trip. The leader of the three, Gafgarion, complains to Agrias that they need to get going. Before they can leave, however, one of Agrias' soldiers bursts into the room, wounded, explaining that the Monastery is under attack.
