Barry Ryan (born Barry Sapherson, 24 October 1948, Leeds, Yorkshire) is an English pop singer. The son of pop singer Marion Ryan and Fred Sapherson, Barry and his twin brother Paul began to perform at the age of fifteen. In 1965 they signed a recording contract with Decca and brought out singles such as "Don't Bring Me Your Heartaches" (1965), "Have Pity on the Boy" (1966), and "Missy Missy" (1966). When it turned out that Barry's brother, allegedly on the verge of a nervous breakdown, was unable to cope any longer with all the stress connected with show business, the two brothers decided on a new division of labour: Paul would write the songs which Barry would then interpret as a solo artist. José Celestino Casal Álvarez, más conocido como Tino Casal, (*Tudela-Veguín, Principado de Asturias, 11 de febrero de 1950 - ? Aravaca, Madrid, 22 de septiembre de 1991) fue un cantante, compositor y productor clave de la Movida madrileña de los años 1980. Etapa pre-neocasal Comenzó su carrera musical cuando tan solo tenía 13 años, fundando en 1963 Los Zafiros Negros. Posteriormente en 1967 Los Archiduques con el disco No le ames / Lamento de Gaitas, en el que fue un exitazo en Asturias y Galicia, también ha quedado para la historia la versión gaitera del tema de los hermanos Paul y Barry Ryan «Eloise». En 1970 el grupo edita su tercer disco (Segundo con Tino Casal) «Dimensión en Sol mayor» que recibió malas críticas y supuso el fin del grupo. Tras abandonar a los Archiduques, se atreve a iniciarse como solista firmando un contrato con la multinacional Philips y editando varios Singles, con mas bien discreta acogida hasta que en 1978 se presenta al festival de la canción de Mallorca con la canción «Emborráchate» y finaliza en 6ª posición, dos meses después del fiasco de Mallorca se presenta en el Festival de Verano de Benidorm y gana los premios de Mejor cantante joven, Mejor puesta en escena, Mejor cantante Revelación y Mejor composición musical pero inexplicablemente el jurado no elige a Tino Casal como ganador del festival y finaliza 2º a pesar de haber ganado todos los premios adicionales del festival. Nip/Tuck Season 6 Premiere Episode 1 "Don Hoberman" Yea! Nip/Tuck is back! Mario Lopez as Dr.Mike Hamoui is back, and however inadvertently is again sparking Dr.Christian Troy's competitive spirit. Dr.Mike has a fab 102ft yacht [The Reverie], a bevy of bikinied beauties, loads of cash, and the physical attribute Troy envies---that damned 10yrs younger torso. Mike is a hottie, but ImHO doc Troy has no need to fear he is physically inferior in any way. On the cash front though, problems. Nip/Tuck creator Ryan Murphy has injected the real world economic crises into the season 6 storyline.
