Mulatólogo Julio César ficou encantado com Jaqueline durante sua participação no Concurso Musa do Carnaval do Programa Caldeirão do Huck, em 2005, de onde saiu vencedora. Imediatamente, diante de tanta beleza e samba, o Mulatólogo, que é um grande especialista na arte de descobrir e formar musas fez o convite para Jaqueline Faria ser a Rainha da Bateria do seu projeto, que reúne as grandes Musas do Carnaval. Ela aceitou o convite e, em 2006, fazia parte da equipe Well Brasil, onde participava efetivamente dos eventos. Era ela a musa que mais chamava atenção. Estrela absoluta da temporada 2006 despertou a ira da suas colegas de elenco que, lideradas por uma Rainha de Bateria, organizaram um boicote contra a bela. Negavam-se a participar dos shows junto com Jaqueline alegando que ela era carioca. Porém, outras cariocas já haviam integrado o elenco sem problemas. Apesar de acontecerem alguns pequenos desentendimentos, Julio contornava a situação e tudo ficava bem no final. Era a beleza de Jaqueline que estava incomodando. Não era a primeira vez que sua Rainha sofrerá boicotes por conta do seu sucesso, durante o período que foi Rainha do Carnaval do Rio, em 2007, sofreu o pão que o diabo amassou na pele das duas irmãs loiras que eram princesas do carnaval. Este es mi cuarto aporte de esta maravillosa banda que es mi favorita, chequen la voz, instrumentos , y en general toda su musica no encuentro comparacion alguna con cualquier otra banda desde mi punto de vista espero les guste. PD. sorry por la edicion pero casi no se nada de eso y psss el intento hice. I bought this album long ago in California State, was intrigued by the name of the band and the artwork of the CD. I used to like it enough, at least to value it for various reasons, mainly because there weren't many bands that were inspired by Gothic atmosphere at that time (as far as I know). Another thing is that this album is curiously theatric and eccentric, as the previous reviewer has mentioned, mainly due to the strange vocals that seem like struggling between feelings - they are hysteric without being decidedly brutal, there is something clean in them. - of course, it's my personal point of view. Anyway, there are delightful female vocals too, as well as non-conventional instruments on some tracks. Lyrics are in English with some pieces in French and Spanish. With their minimalistic sound Sadness creates a dark atmosphere like no other and can't really be compared to any band I ever heard before.
