The challenge was, of course, best met by Beethoven, who wrote a whole set. Second, there are the eleven sonatinas (Opp. 151 and 168), which are still studied by many students to this day. I had never systematically studied them, although I probably learned one or two movements as a boy. However, I was given a copy of the Op. 168 set recently, and got much pleasure from playing through them - admiring the way Diabelli distilled the essence of a late classical sonata into miniature forms. This is actually just a pick-up-and-play piece by Anton Diabelli for beginners but it reminds me heavily of Final Fantasy IX and it's just such a cool piece that I couldn't resist uploading it. I played this with my sister. She plays the violin and I try to teach her to play the piano since 3 months or so. I think she does an excellent job for a beginner. This is a presentation of a "new" guitar. In fact an old romantic guitar from around 1820-30. Probably from Italian origin, then restaured in Monaco in 1903 by François Vial (violin maker). And now restaured by Didier Jarny (back ,bars, soundboard, bone frets). Sounds very nice with low tension strings (bass by Savarez, treble Nylgut by Aquila) Music is a short and very easy piece by Anton Diabelli.. + Informações

Anton (or Antonio) Diabelli (5 September 1781 -- 8 April 1858) was an Austrian music publisher, editor and composer. Diabelli produced a number of works as a composer, including an operetta called Adam in der Klemme, several masses and songs and numerous piano and classical guitar pieces.
