AGENT 51 came together in early 1996 with three high school classmates and a bassist they imported from another popular group. Though its members grew up listening to NOFX, Rancid, and Green Day, AGENT 51 strove to distinguish themselves from their punk peers by looking to a time when groups like Led Zeppelin, AC/DC, and Thin Lizzy lit up the crowds with killer riffs and unrestrained energy. Incorporating this era into their music, AGENT 51 developed a style that gave their songs a fresh, inspired jolt that would soon crash the retail racks. San Diego indie Alphabet Records released the group's debut, Red Alert, in late 1996. AGENT 51 decided to record and self-release their follow-up, Just Keep Running, in 1999, though the album was picked up and re-released the following year by Green Day's label Adeline Records. Buzz quickly shook the underground as AGENT 51 started sharing stages with Green Day, Lagwagon, Mighty Mighty BossTones, Misfits, Ataris, Less Than Jake, Sugarcult, Mest, Guttermouth, and the Swingin' Utters, among others. The group even played with Green Day at Berkeley's legendary Gillman Street, which marked Green Day's first Gillman return in nine years. This is me playing Perfect Dark on the Nintendo 64. I'm playing the Area 51 2 level on Perfect Agent to get the level cheat. If you don't know what that means, it means that you have to play through a level on a certain difficulty level in a specified amount of time. If you do this, you will earn the level's cheat code. This cheat is very annoying. The time limit is pretty lienent, but the fact you need to know where every enemy is so you don't get gunned in the back is what makes it a hassle. You can do the beginning two different ways. The Dragon proxy mine trick, or the Phoenix trick. I choose the Phoenix trick, since it's a nice gun (though I hate aiming with it). Required Time: 7:59 My Time: 6:57 Note: This is by no means a world record attempt. The speed runs are speed runs for getting the cheats, and that's it. I only did it until I got the cheat, I didn't re-do them to get my best time, as you can tell by watching the end screen where it says I earned two cheats (one for beating the level, another for earning the time cheat). I heard this game was a free download thanks to the US Air Force. Hey, anything to serve my country. How was I suposed to know it would be one of the most Awesome games I have plaid in a long time? Seriously, the action never stops, the story is a stock as possible sure, but the dialog is hilarious, and anything with Agent Molder fighting the alien life form from John Carpenters "The Thing" with a wrist scanner and duel SMGs HAS to be great, right?
